The Enterprise Technology organization within Cloud and Information Services (CIS) is seeking an experienced Enterprise Business Analyst who is passionate about solving complex challenges and creating meaningful business impact. In this highly visible role, you'll collaborate with leaders and stakeholders across SAS to uncover opportunities, streamline processes, and deliver innovative solutions that transform how we work. Your insights and recommendations will help influence strategic decisions, improve operational effectiveness, and enable the success of key enterprise initiatives.

As a Senior Enterprise Business Analyst, you will:
  • Develop a deep understanding of enterprise and organizational systems, processes, and workflows.
  • Serve as an internal consultant and liaison between the business and technical community to foster collaboration, clear and transparent communication to ensure mutually beneficial solutions and work to build deep relationships and trust with the business and partners
  • Analyze and document current-state processes, identify improvement opportunities, and define future-state recommendations to contribute to the Enterprise Technologies product roadmap
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical solutions.
  • Use a variety of techniques and tools to capture business requirements while partnering with Managed Cloud Services and other internal groups to support successful delivery of enterprise and organizational objectives.
  • Engage in the end-to-end project lifecycle by leading requirement gathering sessions and workshops to develop and implement enterprise business applications and services.
  • Ensure all applicable security policies and processes are followed to support the organization's secure software development goals.

Required qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in a quantitative field, preferably Information Systems or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in business process analysis, systems documentation, and requirements elicitation.
  • Proven experience in establishing trusted partnerships and influence outcomes across cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
  • Experience in communicating complex business and technical concepts clearly and effectively across diverse audiences.
  • Results driven contributor with strong execution discipline to drive multiple initiatives forward concurrently.
  • Ability to communicate complex topics visually and verbally to accelerate shared understanding and decision-making.
  • Credible change agent who identifies opportunities for improvement and helps the organization successfully navigate transformation.
  • Equivalent combination of related education, training and experience may be considered in place of the above qualifications.
