Job Summary

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will work as part of a highly techno-functional team of professionals who are responsible for overall process and system design, development, and deployment of sustainable technical and application solutions to meet business requirements. Strong organizational skills, technical expertise and attention to detail are key in this role. This is the business domain and technology subject matter expert for the business domain they represent and are expected to have a thorough understanding of the business process and technical solutions required for the Quote to Cash teams.

Essential Functions:

As a Senior Business Analyst, you have responsibility for the overall Business Analysis, design, and support of system solutions for our internal Quote to Cash teams to address their business needs. You will also work with management and cross-functional peers on long-range projects requiring creative solutions.

Job Requirements
  • Have a solid understanding of the business process that supports Quoting, PO and Order Management functions within a technical company.
  • Be a business minded representative that engages both within IT and with business unit stakeholders to ensure alignment of technology solutions with business goals.
  • Collaborates with end users to understand both new system requirements as well as existing capabilities, and their impact on process and policy.
  • Work closely with technology delivery and development teams to ensure business requirements are delivered in a user-friendly format.
  • Lead and deliver business requirements in the form of projects, programs and individual enhancements.
  • Triage system bugs or enhancement requests to derive both prioritization and alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Facilitate User Acceptance Testing for any new requirements, enhancements or bug fixes with the requesting business teams.
  • Assists with resolving business escalations during both enhancements and project implementations, assisting with overcoming technical difficulties in alignment with our technical team.
  • Partners with business stake holders and cross functional teams to create and document solution options and high-level design related to functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Reviews feedback from business stakeholders, cross functional teams, Support Managers, and data they personally collect to identify and advocate for continuous improvement in the business domain or technology, including automations, process changes, or lifecycle management.

Qualifications

  • 8 + Years of strong working experience and in-depth understanding of Core ERP and CPQ functions as well as related Processes.
  • Business Process expertise on End-to-End Quote to Invoice life cycle.
  • Experience working with Oracle, Salesforce, DevOps, and Jira as a business analyst.
  • Ability to elicit requirements and design detailed process flows that can capture User, Data and Systems flows in Visio, Lucid Chart, etc.
  • Experienced in analyzing and supporting new requirements on Quote to Invoice process flow.
  • Strong history of user support and defect triage from a business focus to support technical fixes.
  • Oracle upgrade or Implementation experiences is preferred.
  • Strong Understanding of project Planning and RCA Processes.
  • Solid Understanding of Various Cloud types i.e., IAAS, PAAS and SAAS.
  • Must have solid Understanding of Private Cloud ecosystem solution approaches. Private cloud or Hybrid cloud solution enablement or implementation for business solutions is an added advantage.
  • Working Experience with Oracle CPQ and how it interacts with Oracle ERP.
  • Ability to work cross functionally to support Major Milestones and Key Initiatives. Along with a team player, individual contributor with good communication is a must.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree a plus


The target salary range for this position is $100,300 - 149,600 USD.The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU's), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies. Benefits may vary by country and region, and further details will be provided as part of the recruitment process.
