Key Responsibilities:

✔ Gather and document business, functional, and technical requirements

✔ Lead stakeholder interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions

✔ Analyze business processes and recommend Salesforce solutions

✔ Create user stories, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria

✔ Collaborate with Agile/Scrum teams throughout the SDLC

✔ Support Salesforce configuration, reporting, workflows, dashboards, and automation

✔ Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

✔ Develop training materials, SOPs, and user documentation

Required Qualifications:

✅ 7+ years of Business Analyst experience

✅ Hands-on Salesforce experience (configuration, workflows, reporting, dashboards)

✅ Strong requirements gathering and process analysis skills

✅ Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred:
