Job description

We're looking for an experienced Business Process Improvement Analyst to partner with business leaders to analyze how work flows across the organization, identify opportunities to streamline operations, and help design more efficient, scalable processes that support automation and AI-enabled solutions.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving operational challenges, working with stakeholders across multiple teams, and driving meaningful process improvements within a large enterprise environment. This is an on-site job in Atlanta with an hourly rate up to $40.00/hr based on experience.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency
  • Map and document workflows using process mapping tools such as Visio
  • Partner with business, operations, product, and technology teams to redesign processes
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual work and improve workflows using modern technologies, including AI-enabled solutions
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into clear process documentation
  • Support implementation of new processes and help ensure successful adoption
  • Monitor results and recommend ongoing improvements

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of business process improvement, business analysis, or operational excellence experience
  • Strong experience with process mapping, workflow analysis, and process documentation
  • Experience partnering with business stakeholders to improve operational processes
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, continuous improvement, or similar methodologies is a plus
  • Experience supporting automation initiatives is highly desirable
  • Proficiency with Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office
