We are seeking a Business Process Consultant to help clients transform how content is planned, created, reviewed, managed, and delivered across the Content Supply Chain.
As a Business Process Consultant, you will serve as a strategic advisor who bridges business strategy, process transformation, technology enablement, and optimization opportunity identification to help clients achieve scalable, efficient, and future-ready ways of working.
In this role, you will partner with global brands and enterprise organizations to understand how work is performed today, identify operational inefficiencies, design future state processes, and align business needs with Adobe Content Supply Chain solutions. You will support ensuring that we are not simply implementing tools, but actively redesigning how content work gets done.
This position is ideal for someone with experience facilitating cross-functional alignment, influencing stakeholders, and helping organizations navigate large-scale transformation that solves complex business challenges.
What You Will Do
  • Business Process Transformation: Lead discovery, assessment, and future-state design of business processes, operating models, and ways of working across the Content Supply Chain. Identify inefficiencies, optimization opportunities, and AI use cases that improve operational effectiveness, process maturity, and business outcomes.
  • Content Supply Chain Strategy & Optimization: Design and optimize end-to-end content lifecycle processes spanning planning, intake, workflow management, review and approval, asset development, delivery, and measurement. Develop scalable operating models, roles and responsibilities, and process standards that improve collaboration, reduce friction, and accelerate speed to market.
  • Consulting & Stakeholder Leadership: Serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders across marketing, creative, content operations, technology, and leadership teams. Facilitate workshops, drive alignment, navigate organizational complexity, and guide transformation initiative recommendations.
  • Technology & AI Enablement: Partner with Solution Architects and Implementation Teams to align business processes, operational requirements, and platform capabilities across Adobe Workfront, AEM, and related technologies. Translate business needs into actionable recommendations that inform solution design, technology adoption, automation, and AI-enabled workflows.
  • Methodology & Thought Leadership: Develop and deliver client process maps, operating model artifacts, business requirements and recommendations documentation, and transformation deliverables. Contribute to the development of repeatable business process methodologies and best practices that strengthen the Omnicom Adobe Practice.

Who You Are
  • 5+ years of experience in business process consulting, operating model design, process optimization, transformation consulting, or related disciplines.
  • Proven ability to lead discovery efforts, facilitate stakeholder workshops, and design scalable business processes across complex enterprise environments.
  • Demonstrated experience producing robust process documentation, including strong process mapping, workflow analysis, requirements gathering, and business documentation skills.
  • Experience partnering with technology implementation teams and translating business needs into structured process requirements and solution considerations.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a demonstrated capacity to bring structure and clarity to ambiguous situations.
  • Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution and working across multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Results-driven, collaborative, and intellectually curious, with a passion for helping organizations improve how work gets done.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and collaborative, with a passion for transformation, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Experience supporting marketing operations, content operations, digital experience, Content Supply Chain, or related transformation initiatives is required.
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Experience Cloud, AI-enabled workflows.

Certifications: Preferred (but not required) include:
  • Business Analysis Certifications (e.g., IIBA ECBA / CCBA / CBAP)
  • BPMN or Process Improvement Certifications

Travel: This position may require approximately 10-20% travel.
For individuals hired to work in Colorado, Credera is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and includes the range of factors considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; certifications; etc. We would not anticipate that the individual hired into this role would be near the top end of the compensation range, but that decision will be dependent on the facts associated with each specific individual's relevant experience for the role.
Denver Pay Range
$130,000-$170,000 USD
