As a Solutions Consultant, you will act as a trusted advisor, guide, and thought leader. You will engage directly with enterprise customers to translate complex organizational challenges into clean, visual strategic roadmaps using the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite.
Responsibilities:
  • Partner directly with enterprise stakeholders to co-create and deliver customized consulting engagements that drive measurable business value, deep product adoption, and high ROI.
  • Influence and guide customers to maximize their investment in the LucidSuite, helping them to solve complex challenges across digital transformation, AI Transformation, organizational agility, hybrid work, etc.
  • Apply your understanding of enterprise landscapes to help customers leverage Lucid for system mapping, cloud migration visualization, and technical governance.
  • Contribute unique insights and experiences with customers to enhance Lucid's value story
  • Maintain and deliver expertise (as well as Lucid Collaboration Suite best practices) on critical customer use cases, including innovation, organizational agility, software architecture, knowledge management, cloud migration, product development, digital transformation, change management, organizational effectiveness, hybrid work, etc.
  • Contribute unique field insights to continuously evolve, scale, and optimize Lucid's Professional Services and product offerings.
  • Expand Lucid's impact within strategic accounts by consistently demonstrating the value of our Professional Services and uncovering new opportunities to solve customer challenges.
  • Act as a champion for the Lucid brand, turning successful customer engagements into case studies of success, while representing our Professional Services capabilities as a visible advocate at industry conferences, trade shows, and public events.

Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in consultative, customer-facing role (e.g. Professional Services, Management Consulting, or Enterprise SaaS Solutions),
  • A BA/BS in a technical or business field, with a solid understanding of software delivery, product development, lifecycles, or enterprise IT landscapes.
  • Foundational knowledge or practical exposure to enterprise architecture concepts (such as system dependency mapping, application portfolio management, or cloud environments) to confidently support our Cloud Accelerator initiatives.
  • Proven capability to manage expectations, deliver compelling presentations, and build strong relationships with executive-level stakeholders and leaders.
  • A track record of creating order out of highly ambiguous customer environments-successfully uncovering latent business needs and prescribing clear, trusted results.
  • An intense curiosity and passion for continuous learning, combined with a humble approach to contributing knowledge and helping others succeed.
  • This position is hybrid, combining remote work with in-person collaboration at our South Jordan office two days per week (Tuesday and Thursday).

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in a technical, business, or related field.
  • Direct experience working in a technical, engineering, or R&D role-either in industry or within a SaaS/service organization.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or foundational cloud migration concepts.
  • Familiarity with enterprise architecture practices, change management frameworks, or process mapping (e.g. capability mapping, infrastructure visualization).
  • Proven experience supporting or leading large-scale rollouts of productivity, collaboration, or enterprise-grade software.
  • Experience successfully engaging with stakeholders in complex, matrixed, or global enterprise environments to drive measurable adoption.
