Summary Overview:
CGS Functional Consultants combine their industry experience, business process, and application expertise to deliver a right sized solution to our clients. Functional Consultants are responsible for communicating updates to the Project Manager regarding progress, accomplishments, and project risks. This role requires a consultant to be comfortable in client-facing environments and be able to communicate on all levels of the project. These team members are responsible for the implementation of our BlueCherry application & are considered application specialists to our organization and clients alike.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Conduct business process review meetings with clients to understand requirements for design, sourcing, logistics, sales, inventory, customer service, finance, and related areas
  • Implementation projects using standard methodology & industry best practices
  • Document our clients' current processes and define to-be processes
  • Configure a customer driven solution to meet our clients' business objectives
  • Lead our clients in identifying business challenges and develop solution requirements in the data conversion process, data validation, and integration between systems
  • Proactively report to project manager and project team on project progress and issues
  • Provide training to client staff on system functional features and capabilities
  • Document training material as needed
  • Work with contracts, third-party vendors, and other divisions collaboratively
  • Provide leadership and assistance on assigned implementation projects across the organization

Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • 3-8 years of experience in Fashion, Apparel, Footwear
  • Experience with systems - specifically ERP, PLM, Warehousing, B2B/B2C eCommerce, Supply Chain applications and Integrations between various systems
  • Proven success in leading, collaborating, and contributing to a team-oriented environment
  • Determined ability to keep people motivated
  • Recognized ability to work creatively and logically in a problem-solving environment
  • ServiceNow, SmartSheet, Lucid chart experience is a plus
  • BlueCherry ERP experience
