In dieser vielseitigen Position sind Sie der / die globale Ansprechpartner*in für unsere Produktions- und Logistikstandorte weltweit für unseren eigenen Lean Management Ansatz, das sogenannte Kärcher Productivity System (KPS).

In Projekten und Trainings beraten und begleiten Sie die Einführung unserer Lean-Kultur und entwickeln die KPS-Methoden sowie ganzheitliche Qualifizierungskonzepte für unsere Lean Academy weiter.

Als Trainer*in begeistern und schulen Sie Mitarbeitende aller Hierarchiestufen in der Lean-Philosophie und unseren Lean-Methoden.

Als Projektleiter*in führen Sie Verbesserungsprojekte erfolgreich zum Abschluss und sind auch bereit, vor Ort selbst mit anzupacken.

Sie entwickeln unser Kärcher Productivity System und unsere Methoden kontinuierlich weiter und gestalten gemeinsam mit der Kärcher Lean Academy ganzheitliche Qualifizierungskonzepte.

Sie erkennen die Einflüsse der Digitalisierung (Stichwort: Smart Factory) auf Produktionsprozesse und nutzen dieses Wissen gezielt, um neue und wirtschaftlichere Abläufe zu gestalten.

Es wäre WOW, wenn Sie das hier mitbringen:

Sie haben ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (z.B. im Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, Fertigungstechnik) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit fundiertem Wissen in Digitaler Fabrik oder Operational Excellence.

Mehrjährige, einschlägige Berufserfahrung und fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Lean Management (z.B. als zertifizierte*r Lean-Experte/-in) und/oder Digitalisierung.

Mit Ihrer Leidenschaft für die Themen Smart Factory und IIOT gestalten Sie die digitale Transformation aktiv mit und führen Workshops und Trainings routiniert durch.

Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, hohe interkulturelle Kompetenz und die Bereitschaft zu nationalen und internationalen Reisen zu unseren Produktionswerken sind für Sie selbstverständlich. Weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse sind ein Pluspunkt.

Ein gutes Gespür für den Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Mentalitäten sowie Kommunikationsstärke und Teamgeist zählen zu Ihren persönlichen Stärken.
