Job description

MTC USA LLC seeks a full-time Strategic Operations Consultant to work at its office in Irvine, CA. Candidate must have a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or Operations Management, plus 24 months of experience as a management analyst, computer systems analyst, business systems analyst, or ERP consultant. Candidate’s duties will include: Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor operational efficiency across departments.

Facilitate cross-functional workshops to identify bottlenecks and streamline interdepartmental communication. Conduct scenario modeling and forecasting to evaluate the impact of proposed strategic initiatives. Create executive-level briefing materials and strategic reports to support quarterly planning and board presentations.

Assess compliance risks and operational vulnerabilities related to internal processes and recommend mitigation strategies. Candidate must have at least 24 months of work experience using SAP Business 1 ERP, C#, and Crystal Reports, as well as 24 months of experience in operations consulting, business analysis, or enterprise systems implementation. Salary: $66,934/year.
