Job Summary

As an IT Supervisor for the Epic Enrollment and Benefits (Tapestry) Applications, you will lead a team of enrollment and benefits application analysts ensuring accurate data management and compliance, while providing technical support and driving process improvements. This role emphasizes servant‑leadership, placing the needs of employees first and focusing on strategy and quality over day‑to‑day tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage enrollment and benefits application analysts.
  • Ensure accuracy, integrity, and completeness of enrollment and benefits data in Epic Tapestry.
  • Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide expert‑level technical support and troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand and address the organization’s enrollment and benefits needs.
  • Implement system updates and enhancements, and maintain user‑friendly documentation.
  • Work closely with the Managed Care Manager on strategic objectives and project initiatives.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations for workflow optimizations.
  • Monitor staff performance, conduct evaluations, coach development, and facilitate team stand‑ups.
  • Ensure adherence to service level agreements and PRISM service management standards.
  • Use the PRISM Change Management process and track incidents and problems.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • At least 5 years of experience in healthcare enrollment and benefits processing, including a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Proficiency with Epic Systems Tapestry application; Epic Certification in Benefits Administration and/or Eligibility & Enrollment Administration required.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, preferred.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
Benefits & Salary

Salary: $121,000 - $159,300. Work location: San Ramon / San Joaquin Valley / Sacramento / Remote.
