Role: Fiserv DNA Expert (Solution Architect / Lead Consultant)
Remote / WFO / Hybrid: Hybrid with some travel to Detroit

Summary:
Lead the end-to-end implementation and optimization of the Fiserv DNA core banking platform to support Clients Credits transition into regulated banking operations.
Responsibilities:
  • Architect and configure Fiserv DNA core banking modules (Deposits, Loans, GL, Payments, Customer Information File).
  • Lead core conversion, product setup, and regulatory configuration aligned to banking license requirements.
  • Design integrations with digital onboarding (Mantl), fraud/decisioning (Alloy), and downstream systems.
  • Drive data migration, testing strategy (SIT/UAT), and go-live planning.
  • Ensure compliance with FDIC, OCC, BSA/AML, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Provide production support and performance optimization post go-live
Experience requirement:
  • 10+ years core banking experience with strong hands-on Fiserv DNA implementation.
  • Experience in greenfield bank setup or bank charter conversion preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of core integrations and banking operations.
