Job description

DeWolff, Boberg & Associates is a cross-industry management consulting firm that specializes on cultural and behavior change management. We focus on clients' existing people, processes and culture to help them achieve dramatic improvements in productivity, quality, service and profitability. The majority of our clients are Fortune 500 companies in manufacturing, distribution, transportation and engineering.

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our Corporate team to contribute to ongoing internal recruiting needs. This position is a full-time opportunity based in our office near the Dallas Galleria.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the placement of job postings (internal, job boards, LinkedIn, etc) as needed.
  • Source, phone screenand coordinate all hiring manager interviews.
  • Develop creative sourcing methods to expand visibility and network for potential candidates in a highly-competitive market and industry.
  • Facilitate applicants through each stage of the interview process and communicate with appropriate hiring managers on a regular basis regarding status of applicants.
  • Comply with all federal and state laws and company policies regarding recruitment and selection processes.
  • Coordinate background checks and pre-employment drug screens on candidates.
  • Meet with HR Manager and recruiting team regularly to discuss current and future talent requirements, hiring status, strategies and issues.
  • Ensure that all required paperwork is completed appropriately during interview process.
  • Follow up with hiring managers and applicants in a timely-fashion.
  • Maintain extensive applicant tracking utilizing our database (Jobvite).
  • Be involved with the HR Team in planning and executing the company Annual Meeting.

Requirements:

  • Previous recruiting or staffing experience.
  • Clear understanding of the beginning to end recruitment lifecycle processes.
  • Must have experience proactively sourcing resumes from multiple sources.
  • Strong understanding and ability to recruit in all levels of the organization from entry level to director level.
  • High sense of urgency and the ability to time manage and meet deadlines.
  • Self-starter who enjoys being part of a team.
  • Excellent business writing and verbal communication skills.

Benefits:

  • Base pay is $50k - $60k based on experience.
  • Hiring manager interview bonus potential and placement commission (uncapped).
  • Overtime eligible (time and a half).
