Our Performance excellence team at Arise is looking for a Performance Improvement Analyst who will report into the Manager. This position will build the governance and structure for performance improvement supporting the global operations. This is your opportunity to join this dynamic team and leave your mark on Arise and the booming gig-economy.
Responsibilities:
  • You will analyze and deliver accurate and timely performance improvement plans.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Leaders to improve Speed to Proficiency KPI performance.
  • Understand and document all customer contractual performance terms, Define right goals per MSA and SOW
  • Implement audit process and standard operating procedures.
  • Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.
  • Assist with special projects as needed

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors in any curriculum
  • Overall 5 years of experience and minimum of 2 years' experience in Performance Excellence/Improvement or similar role
  • Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and personal accountability to driving excellent results.
  • Extremely detail oriented, strong analytical skills
  • Must be highly skilled in use of Excel Spreadsheets and MS Word
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with people in course of work
  • Flexibility in work schedule to meet business needs
  • Ability to lead a team to accomplish set goals and deadlines.
