BryceTech is seeking a Project / Process Improvement Analyst to support the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) with project coordination, process improvement, business analysis, and operational support activities. The Project / Process Improvement Analyst will assist with planning and executing projects, analyzing existing processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting the implementation of solutions that improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating projects, documenting and analyzing business processes, tracking milestones and deliverables, and working with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements. Responsibilities * Support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects and process improvement initiatives
* Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, trackers, status reports, and other project management artifacts
* Monitor project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, and action items
* Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure activities remain aligned with established objectives and timelines
* Analyze existing business processes, workflows, and procedures to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement
* Develop current-state and future-state process maps and workflow documentation

* Experience developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, trackers, and status reports
* Experience analyzing and documenting business processes and workflows
* Experience developing process maps, standard operating procedures, or other process documentation
* Experience gathering requirements and working with stakeholders to identify business needs
* Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
