What You'll Do
As an Account Representative, you'll be responsible for managing and growing an assigned portfolio of customers while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
You'll:
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with existing customers through regular communication.
  • Identify opportunities to increase revenue within your customer base.
  • Manage customer onboarding and ensure a smooth startup experience.
  • Coordinate pricing and rate requests with internal teams.
  • Submit and manage customer RFPs.
  • Partner with Operations, Customer Service, Credit, and Pricing to deliver outstanding service.
  • Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally.
  • Ensure shipments are rated accurately for billing.
  • Maintain detailed customer information and activity in our CRM.
  • Help customers find creative transportation solutions using Buchanan's nationwide asset and logistics network.
