Let's talk! LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a well-established healthcare organization for multiple contract-to-hire Patient Registration opportunities located in the Downtown Indianapolis area! Responsibilities
  • Confirming demographic, financial, and miscellaneous clinical information with patients upon their arrival for an appointment or procedure.
  • Maintaining professionalism while greeting patients and providing great customer service at all times.
  • Facilitating copay collection conversations with patients and ensuring all questions are answered.
  • Managing patient flow from the point of entry to destination.
Requirements
  • Some office, food service, or retail experience required.
  • Ability to communicate proactively and effectively required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment required.
  • Ability to go above and beyond with your customer service skills required!
Work Hours: 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM availability M-F Job Type: Contract-to-hire & 40 hrs/wk
