Job description

What We Need
CORPAY is seeking a highly analytical and technically skilled Manager, Revenue Operations - Salesforce Reporting to own and scale our Salesforce reporting ecosystem. This role will be responsible for delivering accurate, actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
You will serve as the subject matter expert on Salesforce data structures and reporting, ensuring that our CRM data model supports scalable, reliable, and business-critical reporting.

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
  • Owning the design, development, and maintenance of Salesforce reports and dashboards
  • Translating business requirements into scalable reporting solutions that drive decision-making
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of Salesforce object relationships and data dependencies
  • Ensuring data integrity, consistency, and governance across Salesforce
  • Partnering with Sales, Finance, and Marketing to define and standardize key metrics (pipeline, forecast, ARR, etc.)
  • Identifying gaps in data structure and proactively recommend improvements to support reporting needs
  • Managing and mentoring junior Salesforce analysts/admins (if applicable)
  • Supporting cross-functional initiatives involving CRM data, integrations, and GTM systems
  • Building documentation and enablement materials for reporting and dashboard usage
  • Driving continuous improvement in reporting processes, automation, and scalability discrepancies.

Required Qualifications & Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce, RevOps, or CRM analytics roles
  • 2+ years in a management or team leadership role
  • Deep expertise in:
  • Salesforce data model (standard + custom objects)
  • Data integrity and governance best practices
  • Strong understanding of revenue operations and B2B sales processes
  • Experience working with large datasets and complex reporting environments
  • Developing, managing, and optimizing Salesforce reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights into sales performance, pipeline management, forecasting, and operational metrics.
  • Salesforce certifications (Admin or Advanced Admin) preferred
  • Development Experience with Power BI tools is critical (Ie - Dashboard development, maintenance. Data source reconciliation, data normalization)
  • Developing and maintaining interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to support sales, operational, and business intelligence initiatives, including data modeling, visualization design, and KPI tracking.
  • Familiarity with data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery)
  • Experience in fintech, SaaS, or enterprise B2B environments
  • Knowledge of SQL or data transformation tools
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to executive stakeholders
