As a Revenue Strategy Lead you are responsible for driving predictable, governed, and scalable revenue performance across Apex's global sales and CRM organizations.
Acting as the strategic operating partner to Sales Leadership, Country Heads, and CRM, this role ensures commercial execution is aligned to global strategy while optimized for local market realities. The position blends revenue strategy, operating rigor, forecasting discipline, and performance governance, functioning as the de-facto operating leader for the commercial engine-without direct P&L ownership.
This role works hands-on with Sales, CRM, and regional leadership to ensure revenue plans convert into execution, forecasts translate into outcomes, and data drives decisions.
The Role & Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Strategy & Operating Rhythm
  • Partner with global and regional sales leadership to translate revenue strategy int
  • Drive consistent operating cadence across reo territory-level execution plans gions (weekly pipeline, monthly forecast, quarterly planning)
  • Ensure alignment between global revenue priorities and local market execution
Forecasting, Predictability & Governance
  • Own revenue forecasting discipline in partnership with Sales and CRM
  • Ensure forecast accuracy, transparency, and accountability across regions
  • Implement and enforce governance standards for pipeline hygiene, deal progression, and stage discipline

Sales Performance & Business Management
  • Act as senior commercial advisor to Country and Regional Heads
  • Diagnose performance gaps and drive corrective actions across pipeline generation, conversion, and velocity
  • Support strategic account prioritization and resource deployment decisions

GTM Strategy & Planning
  • Lead annual and quarterly GTM planning cycles including segmentation, coverage models, capacity planning, and territory strategy.
  • Align with Product, Marketing, and Finance to shape Apex's commercial strategy across fund admin, corporate solutions, depositary, and emerging products.
  • Build and refine ideal customer profiles, target segments, and prioritised account strategies.

CRM & Commercial Execution Partnership
  • Work closely with CRM leadership to ensure systems, data, and processes support sales execution
  • Ensure CRM insights are translated into actionable commercial decisions
  • Champion adoption of standard sales processes while accommodating local nuances

Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Coordinate with Deal Desk, Commercial Operations, Revenue Analytics, and Compensation teams
  • Influence without authority to unblock deals, resolve execution issues, and accelerate revenue outcomes
  • Leverage associate teams (managed by another leader) for analysis, reporting, and operational support

Skills Required:
  • 5-10 years' experience in revenue/sales strategy, sales/revenue operations, commercial management, or business management roles
  • Strong background in financial services, asset management, funds, or adjacent regulated environments
  • Proven experience operating across multiple geographies and complex sales structures
  • Deep understanding of sales motions, CRM-led execution, forecasting, and revenue governance
  • Exceptional ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority
  • Comfortable operating at both strategic and executional levels
  • Experience working with Salesforce and enterprise CRM ecosystems strongly preferred

Salary ranges from USD $130,000 - $ 150,000 additional market competitive variable uncapped compensation based on performance. Compensation within this range is dependent on individual's skills, experience and qualifications.
