Libra Solutions is in immediate need for a full-time Revenue Strategy Analyst. As a Strategic Analyst, you will manage internal and client facing reporting for the revenue department, including building and analyzing financial models. You'll focus on financial analytics, collaborate with project management, operations, and data teams, and represent the revenue department in meetings with stakeholders across the company. Strong presentation and communication skills are essential, as you'll present findings to the revenue leadership team and coordinate with the legal team for contract reviews. This role requires excellent organizational skills and involves direct interaction with C-level executives.

This position is hybrid at one of our office locations in Las Vegas, NV, Charlotte, NC or Denver, CO.

Requirements

  • 3 + years of experience in financial modeling and reporting
  • Experience in healthcare revenue cycle and/or analytics
  • Strong excel experience generating financial models
  • Strong presentation skills presenting findings to CXO level
  • Experience with SQL a plus
  • Project Management background a plus
  • Must have excellent organizational skills
  • Experience building financial models
  • Bachelor's Degree required (finance, accounting, economics, or related field required)
  • Fundamental and working knowledge of financial and accounting concepts 
  • High proficiency with PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, and financial modeling  
  • Ability to work with and analyze large data sets
  • Work autonomously and as part of a team, assisting team members as needed to complete projects
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
