Description

Recruit Secure is partnering with a large healthcare organization operating multiple Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) nationwide to hire an experienced Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management.

This executive leadership role will oversee all business office and revenue cycle functions across dozens of SNFs while partnering closely with senior financial leadership to drive collections performance, improve financial analytics, optimize reimbursement, and strengthen overall revenue integrity throughout the organization.N The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Skilled Nursing Facility reimbursement and operations, with extensive knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, and private payer billing practices and compliance requirements. This individual must be a strategic leader with strong analytical, operational, and problem-solving skills.

This position is based in Toms River, NJ.

Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and oversight for revenue cycle operations across multiple SNF locations
  • Lead, mentor, and develop regional business office leadership teams
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and payer regulations
  • Support audits, financial reporting, bank closings, and organizational financial initiatives
  • Analyze revenue trends and implement process improvements to optimize reimbursement and operational efficiency
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of senior-level RCM leadership experience within Skilled Nursing Facilities (required)
  • Strong knowledge of HMO, Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, and private payer reimbursement
  • Multi-state SNF experience preferred
  • Proven leadership experience managing large, multi-site business office teams
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-resolution skills
