Description

Recruit Secure is partnering with a large, multi-state healthcare organization operating numerous Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) to identify an experienced Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).

This senior leadership role will provide strategic oversight of all business office and revenue cycle functions across a broad SNF portfolio. The Vice President will work closely with executive financial leadership to enhance collections performance, strengthen financial analytics, optimize reimbursement processes, and ensure the integrity of revenue operations across the organization.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Skilled Nursing Facility reimbursement and operations, along with comprehensive knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, and private pay billing practices and regulatory requirements. The VP of RCM will be a strategic, results-driven leader with strong analytical capabilities, operational insight, and a proven ability to solve complex financial challenges.

This is an opportunity to step into a visible, enterprise-level role where your leadership will directly impact financial outcomes and operational success.

This position reports to the CFO and is located in Toms River, NJ or may be located in a Western US state

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience in SNF revenue cycle management (a must)
  • Deep expertise in Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, HMO, and private pay billing (a must)
  • Strong understanding of reimbursement methodologies and regulatory compliance
  • A track record of improving collections, cash flow, and operational efficiency
