Vice President, Revenue

AllHealth Network is seeking a Vice President, Revenue to join our leadership team. This is a strategic opportunity for a revenue cycle leader who is passionate about strengthening financial sustainability, improving reimbursement performance, and expanding access to behavioral health care across the communities we serve.

Pay Rate: Salary 200k

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the AllHealth Network salary range for this position. Actual salary will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including, but not limited to, experience, education, training, merit, and the ability to embody the AllHealth Network mission and values. The range listed is just one component of AllHealth Network’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term and long-term incentives as well as a generous benefits package detailed below.

Job Description:

The Vice President, Revenue is responsible for improving the overall financial health of AllHealth Network by maximizing revenue, reimbursement, and revenue cycle effectiveness. This role leads enterprise revenue cycle strategy, governance, and performance improvement across AllHealth Network, including reimbursement optimization, revenue integrity, compliance, process design, and cross-functional coordination with finance, clinical operations, technology, and payer-related functions.

This position reports to the Chief Financial Officer and provides leadership to assigned revenue cycle functions, including the Director of Revenue, Credentialing Supervisor, and Certified Professional Coder/Auditor.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead enterprise revenue cycle strategy, governance, and performance improvement to strengthen reimbursement, revenue integrity, compliance, and operational consistency.
  • Build the processes, reporting structures, and operating routines needed to measure and improve revenue cycle performance.
  • Lead continual process improvement across billing, reimbursement, credentialing, coding, authorization, front-desk, encounter reconciliation, and related revenue cycle workflows.
  • Partner with clinical, finance, technology, and operational leaders to identify revenue optimization opportunities and improve workflow effectiveness.
  • Provide timely, accurate, and actionable financial and revenue cycle information for executive leadership, external reporting, payer discussions, and strategic decision-making.
  • Serve as the revenue cycle subject matter leader for EHR functionality and technology enhancements that affect billing, charging, reimbursement, documentation workflow, accounting, and revenue integrity.
  • Lead AllHealth Network’s negotiating position on rate and non-rate issues for managed care contracts and provide executive guidance for CFO review and decision-making.
  • Monitor payer contract compliance, reimbursement trends, underpayment patterns, denial drivers, Medicaid, Medicare, managed care, behavioral health funding, and external regulatory or payer changes.
  • Partner with the CFO to evaluate new funding sources, managed care contracts, reimbursement models, payer strategy, revenue-generation opportunities, and business-process redesign.
  • Lead, develop, and hold accountable the revenue cycle function, including team capability building, performance expectations, and succession planning.
  • Participate in AllHealth Network’s strategic planning process with a focus on financial sustainability, payer strategy, access, service-line viability, and reimbursement risk and opportunity.
  • Follow all AllHealth Network policies and procedures, complete required trainings, and perform other duties within the scope of the position.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • Ten or more years of progressive revenue cycle leadership experience required, including enterprise revenue cycle strategy, reimbursement analysis, payer contract support, revenue integrity, process improvement, and leadership of revenue cycle teams or functions.
  • Demonstrated experience with full-cycle reimbursement, including payer requirements, managed care reimbursement, contract compliance, denial trends, authorization processes, and revenue stream enhancement.
  • Experience with electronic health record systems and technology-enabled revenue cycle improvement.
  • Strong knowledge of reimbursement, payer requirements, revenue integrity, billing compliance, authorization processes, denials management, and revenue cycle reporting.
  • Ability to lead revenue cycle strategy, governance, performance improvement, and cross-functional change across clinical, finance, technology, and operational teams.
  • Ability to communicate complex financial and operational information clearly while building trusted relationships and holding teams accountable for revenue cycle outcomes.
