Job description

Ni2 Health is actively recruiting for entry level Revenue Cycle Specialists to join our Revenue Cycle Team to be trained on revenue cycle AR follow-up and billing workflows to support the continuous growth of the company service lines. The ideal candidate does not need to have experience but is willing to learn processes and perform job duties. The Revenue Cycle Specialist will:
  • Manage revenue cycle processes end-to-end
  • Identify and resolve issue impacting revenue
  • Collaborate across clinical and financial areas
  • Analyze metrics and reports to enhance performance
  • Ensure adherence to revenue cycle best practices
  • Assist in other duties as assigned

Minimum Job Requirements
  • High School Diploma (College degree preferred)
  • Willing to learn revenue cycle AR follow-up and billing workflows
  • Experience with healthcare front or back office is a plus
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Outlook
