Job description

ABA Revenue Cycle ManagerAbout Glow Forward ABA

Glow Forward ABA is a fast growing, clinician driven ABA provider committed to delivering exceptional care to children and families. We are building an organization centered on clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and a culture that genuinely supports both our families and our team.

This position is primarily based in our administrative office in Monsey, NY. Exceptional candidates with extensive ABA revenue cycle management experience may be considered for a remote arrangement.

As we continue to grow, we are bringing our revenue cycle operations in-house and are looking for an experienced ABA Revenue Cycle Manager to build and lead this department from the ground up.

Position Summary

The ABA Revenue Cycle Manager will oversee all aspects of the revenue cycle, including insurance authorizations, billing operations, payer relationships, credentialing oversight, operational reporting, and CentralReach administration.

This is a unique opportunity to build an internal Revenue Cycle department from the ground up. The ideal candidate enjoys creating efficient processes, solving problems, and taking ownership of an essential function within a growing organization.

Hands-on experience with CentralReach is required.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the transition of billing and authorization services from our third party billing vendor to an internal Revenue Cycle department.

  • Develop and implement internal workflows, policies, quality assurance measures, and reporting processes.

  • Manage the full revenue cycle, including:

    • Insurance eligibility verification

    • Prior authorizations

    • Accounts receivable

    • Denial management and appeals

    • Payer communications

  • Oversee CentralReach revenue cycle administration.

  • Manage payer contracting and provider credentialing.

  • Monitor key revenue cycle metrics to maximize collections and improve operational efficiency.

  • Stay current with ABA billing regulations, payer policies, and reimbursement changes.

  • Build, train, and supervise the internal Revenue Cycle team.

  • Collaborate with leadership to improve processes, increase revenue, and support the company's long term growth.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in ABA or medical revenue cycle management.

  • Strong experience using CentralReach is required.

  • Extensive knowledge of ABA billing, insurance authorizations, denials, appeals, and accounts receivable.

  • Experience with provider credentialing and payer contracting preferred.

  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

  • Leadership experience is preferred.

Why Join Glow Forward ABA?

This is an opportunity to build something from the ground up, not simply manage an existing process. You'll work directly with executive leadership to create an efficient, scalable Revenue Cycle department that supports a growing organization dedicated to clinical excellence and outstanding service to children and families.
