Job description

Summary: Owns day-to-day delivery of hospital billing revenue cycle technology and analytics initiatives. This role leads client working sessions, supports Epic transitions, develops reporting and performance insights, and ensures high quality, executive ready deliverables that drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own daily project execution, workplan management, risks, and deliverables for HB revenue cycle initiatives.
  • Support Epic hospital billing transitions, with emphasis on reporting readiness and performance monitoring.
  • Develop and document metric definitions, baseline analyses, dashboards, and reporting packages.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Prepare clear, well-structured executive and operational presentations and status updates.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor consultants and senior consultants; enforce quality standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience supporting hospital billing revenue cycle initiatives using a technical and analytics lens.
  • Exposure to Epic revenue cycle implementations or optimization efforts.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and client-facing delivery skills.
