Job description

Job Title: Salesforce CRM Analytics Lead / Developer
Location: Remote, travel customer location when needed
Start Date: Immediate

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce CRM Analytics resource to design, build, and scale analytics solutions for enterprise data sources. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data modeling, dashboard development, and stakeholder engagement, with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Integration & Preparation

  • Extract and integrate data from Salesforce and external systems (ERP, data warehouse, APIs)
  • Build and manage Dataflows, Recipes, and Datasets
  • Ensure data quality, transformation logic, and refresh schedules

2. Data Modeling & Architecture

  • Design scalable data models (star schema / denormalized datasets)
  • Define and standardize KPIs and business metrics
  • Optimize datasets for performance and large data volumes

3. Dashboard Development & Visualization

  • Develop interactive dashboards and lenses using Salesforce CRM Analytics
  • Deliver intuitive, role-based, and executive-ready visualizations

4. Advanced Analytics & Insights

  • Enable trend analysis, forecasting insights, and segmentation
  • Leverage Einstein Discovery

5. Security & Governance

  • Implement security and access controls
  • Ensure compliance with data governance standards

7. Stakeholder Engagement

  • Work closely with business teams to gather requirements
  • Conduct UAT, training, and user enablement sessions
  • Provide ongoing support and enhancements

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years in Salesforce ecosystem; with CRM Analytics experience
  • Strong experience with Dataflows, Recipes, Datasets, and SAQL

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
