Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and development of Salesforce solutions to support core business processes and technology stack in alignment with Product Team/Owner direction.
  • Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce customizations including:
    • Custom Objects, Fields, Page Layouts, and Record Types
    • Lightning Components (Aura and LWC)
    • Flows, Process Builder, and Approval Processes
    • Apex Classes, Triggers, and Batch Jobs
    • Salesforce Integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
    • Custom UI development with Lightning Web Components and Visualforce
    • Data import/export and migration strategies using tools like Data Loader or MuleSoft
    • Reports and Dashboards within Salesforce and with external tools such as Tableau CRM (Einstein Analytics)
  • Own all Salesforce-driven business processes including support, maintenance, documentation, user training, and ongoing enhancements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data integrity issues, performance bottlenecks, and scalability concerns within Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with Product Team/Owner and business analysts to optimize reporting, automation, and user workflows.
  • Provide guidance and recommendations for future design, architecture, and release management strategies.
  • Champion process improvement initiatives and stay up to date with Salesforce platform releases, new features, and industry best practices.
  • Translate user stories and business requirements into secure, scalable, and high-performing Salesforce solutions.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools and practices such as CI/CD pipelines, Git-based version control, and change set/package-based deployment.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and delivery using Scrum or similar Agile methodologies.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Strong experience with the Salesforce platform including:
    • Apex (Classes, Triggers, Batch Jobs)
    • Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components
    • Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules
    • Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) and integration best practices
    • Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD tools like Gearset or Copado
    • Data management tools like Data Loader, Workbench, or ETL tools
  • Experience working with large-scale Salesforce implementations (250+ users)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce deployment strategies using change sets, unlocked packages, or metadata APIs
  • Proficient with Agile/Scrum project methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in Salesforce application development and deployment
  • 2+ years of experience in Apex, Lightning Components, and JavaScript
  • Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I, Platform App Builder, or Salesforce Administrator are a plus.

FIELD OF STUDY:

  • Degree preferred in Computer Science, or business discipline with appropriate exposure to information technology concepts, processes, and systems

Pay Range:

$59,944.39 - $93,663.61

This range represents the anticipated base salary for this role. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.
