JD:
• Salesforce CRM and Salesforce CRM Analytics (formerly Einstein Analytics/Tableau CRM) - experience as a Lead for at least 3 end-to-end implementations
• Stakeholder management and cross functional team collaboration for design and solution discussions.
• Thorough understanding of limitations with CRMA implementations and possible real-time workarounds.
• Strong foundational understanding and experience with CRMA Architecture.
• Must be certified - at least 1 certification
oSalesforce Certified Einstein Analytics and Discovery Consultant (preferred)
oSalesforce Certified Administrator
• Strong experience in data modeling, SOQL, Apex, and Salesforce Lightning.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with data integration tools such as MuleSoft, Informatica, or similar ETL technologies.
• Experience in building complex dashboards and data visualizations using Salesforce Analytics or similar tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
MUST HAVE:
• CRM Analytics Development
oDesign, build, and maintain custom analytics solutions using Salesforce CRM Analytics (Einstein Analytics/Tableau CRM).
oDevelop interactive dashboards, datasets, and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across the organization.
oEnsure data accuracy, scalability, and efficiency in CRM analytics reporting.
• Data Integration:
oIntegrate data from Salesforce and various third-party systems (ERP, marketing platforms, etc.) to build a cohesive analytics solution.
oDesign and manage data pipelines using Salesforce Dataflows, SOQL, SQL, MuleSoft, or other ETL tools.
oCollaborate with IT and data engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and synchronization of data.
• Business Intelligence:
oConduct deep data analysis and develop actionable insights to support business decisions.
oCollaborate with business stakeholders to understand their reporting and analytical needs.
oProvide recommendations based on data analysis to improve customer relationship management strategies.
• Automation & Optimization:
oCreate and manage automations for data processes using Salesforce tools like Process Builder, Apex, and Flow.
oOptimize existing reports and dashboards for better performance and user experience.
• Collaboration:
oWork closely with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and Operations to understand their data requirements.
oTrain end-users on how to access and interpret Salesforce CRM analytics tools and reports.
oAct as a technical subject matter expert on Salesforce CRM analytics.
• Strategic thinker
oWho can work cross-functionally to provide data-driven insights and solutions that will help optimize business performance and enhance decision-making.
