Are you ready to make a lasting impact on literacy?
At Really Great Reading, we are building a bright, diverse, and passionate team dedicated to leading the industry in improving literacy scores nationwide. With nearly two decades of leadership bringing the Science of Reading to thousands of schools, we design innovative products, training, and materials that transform how educators teach and how students learn. Here, we empower our team with the tools, support, and professional growth opportunities they need to thrive in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment-where your work truly makes a difference.
Sr. Revenue Systems Administrator
Location: Remote (USA)
Reports to: Director of Revenue Operations
Why This Role Matters
Behind every successful partnership with a school district is a revenue engine that runs seamlessly.
From a district's first interaction with Really Great Reading through quoting, contracting, reporting, and ongoing support, every touchpoint depends on reliable systems, accurate data, and efficient processes.
The Senior HubSpot Administrator plays a critical role in ensuring our revenue technology ecosystem enables our teams to do their best work. By owning and optimizing HubSpot, this role empowers Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to spend less time managing systems and more time supporting educators and improving literacy outcomes.
Success in this role means building scalable, reliable HubSpot environment that streamlines operations, maintains trusted data, and gives leadership the reporting it needs to make confident decisions.
The Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HubSpot Administrator to manage, optimize, and support our HubSpot CRM environment. This role will serve as the primary administrator for HubSpot, ensuring our systems, workflows, integrations, and data are operating efficiently and effectively.
The ideal candidate has deep hands-on experience administering HubSpot, is comfortable working with our internal IT team on integrations, and is eager to grow into supporting adjacent revenue systems (like DealHub) over time. This individual will play a key role in maintaining system integrity, supporting end users, and enabling our go-to-market teams through reliable automation, trusted data, and strong day-to-day administration.
What You'll Do
HubSpot Administration
  • Manage and maintain HubSpot CRM, including contacts, companies, deals, tickets, workflows, custom properties, and reporting.
  • Configure and optimize sales, marketing, and service hubs.
  • Create and maintain automated workflows, lead routing rules, email templates, forms, and sequences.
  • Monitor data quality, deduplication, and CRM governance standards.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to support business performance and decision-making.
  • Manage integrations between HubSpot and other business systems, in partnership with our internal IT team.

User Support & Training
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HubSpot and DealHub users.
  • Troubleshoot user issues and coordinate vendor support when necessary.
  • Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions.
  • Promote best practices and increase system adoption across teams.

Nice to Have: Broader Revenue Systems Exposure
These skill sets aren't required, but there's a real opportunity to grow into them as bandwidth allows.
  • Exposure to DealHub or another CPQ platform (pricing rules, quote templates, approval workflows).
  • Experience supporting process documentation and ad hoc business analysis.

What You Bring
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Sales Operations, or related field.
  • 3-5+ years of experience administering HubSpot CRM.
  • Strong understanding of CRM, data analytics, sales operations, and quote-to-cash processes.
  • Experience with workflow automation, reporting, and system integrations.
  • Proficiency in data management and CRM governance.
  • Strong communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • HubSpot Certifications.
  • Experience administering DealHub or similar CPQ platform.
  • Experience integrating HubSpot with other business systems (e.g., DealHub, NetSuite, Google Workspace)
  • Strong SQL, Python, or other data analysis/BI tool experience.
  • Experience supporting Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Go-to-Market teams

What We Offer
We take care of the whole person because we believe that when our team thrives, so do the students and educators we serve. Our benefits include:
  • Competitive 401(k) with company matching
  • Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance
  • Paid Time Off to support rest, renewal, and life outside of work
  • Employee Discount Program and partner savings
  • Ongoing professional development and learning investment
  • Wellness initiatives designed to support physical, mental, and emotional well-being
  • Evolving benefits shaped by team member voice and values

Physical Requirements
This is a fully remote role. Team members work primarily at a computer and regularly engage in video conferencing, document review, and digital collaboration. The ability to work at a screen for extended periods, use standard input devices, and participate in virtual meetings is required.
Our Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion
Really Great Reading is an equal opportunity employer committed to building an inclusive, high-performing workplace that reflects the diverse students, educators, and communities we serve. We believe diverse perspectives strengthen innovation, improve learning outcomes, and advance educational equity nationwide.
All employment decisions are made without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability, genetics, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
