Partnering with our VP of Marketing and Creative stakeholders, you will translate high-level strategies into sophisticated automated workflows for prospect reactivation, drip nurtures, and frictionless client onboarding. We require a systems-oriented professional with sharp business intuition capable of utilizing HubSpot automation and multi-platform orchestration to achieve significant, measurable expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Marketing Automation amp; Lifecycle Execution: Design, build, and maintain multi-branch automated workflows for prospect re-engagement, nurture drip campaigns, and client onboarding; build lead scoring models and segment prospect databases to reactivate leads.
  • Multi-Channel amp; Technical Orchestration: Structure HubSpot content management to align with SEO and AEO strategies; lead data orchestration between HubSpot, core platforms, and external CRMs, ensuring clean data synchronization.
  • Strategy amp; Cross-Functional Innovation: Collaborate daily with the VP of Marketing and Creative/Content teams to turn assets into functional programs; continuously audit HubSpot to integrate new features, AI capabilities, and app integrations.
  • Governance, Data Hygiene amp; Reporting: Conduct regular audits for list hygiene, deduplication, and property mapping; architect custom dashboards for ROI, attribution, and pipeline velocity; maintain clear internal SOPs and technical documentation.

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing and administering HubSpot (Marketing Hub amp; Operations Hub required; Service Hub / Sales Hub preferred).
  • Current HubSpot Administrator certification (or equivalent depth demonstrated through experience); additional certifications in Contextual Marketing or Operations Hub are a strong plus.
  • Proven track record of orchestrating data flows between HubSpot and third-party or proprietary systems via APIs, webhooks, or native connectors.
  • Deep experience building complex, multi-branch workflow logic, lead scoring models, and automated email sequences.
  • Strong technical understanding of modern digital marketing strategies, including email deliverability best practices, SEO/AEO dynamics, and multi-touch lead attribution.
