Spark Tek Inc is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Einstein AI Consultant to join their dynamic team. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing AI-driven solutions to enhance customer service and operational efficiency using Salesforce Einstein AI.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement AI solutions using Salesforce Einstein AI.
• Customize and optimize Einstein Service GPT for automated customer support.
• Configure and deploy Einstein Bots to handle customer queries and seamlessly transition to live agents when necessary.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into AI solutions.
• Design workflows and integration strategies for AI solutions within the Salesforce platform.
• Integrate Einstein AI features with existing Salesforce environments.
• Develop custom solutions and enhancements using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Analyze AI solution performance and generate reports to track effectiveness.
• Continuously monitor and fine-tune AI models to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Train and support internal teams on using and managing Einstein AI tools.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed AI solutions.
