Salesforce Administrator - Remote (US-Based) - C2C
About the Role
Join a dynamic team as a Salesforce Administrator, where your hands-on expertise and problem-solving mindset will drive user satisfaction and operational efficiency. This functional role centers on real-world Salesforce administration, user support, troubleshooting, and continuous platform improvement. If you thrive on investigating issues, communicating solutions, and empowering end users, this opportunity is designed for you. Responsibilities
- Take ownership of Salesforce support cases, independently investigating and resolving user issues
- Confidently navigate the Salesforce platform to troubleshoot, analyze, and address technical challenges
- Perform data imports, uploads, and data cleanup activities to ensure data integrity and quality
- Create and maintain basic Flows to streamline and automate business processes
- Run reports and manage spreadsheets to support business insights and decision-making
- Communicate clearly and empathetically with end users and internal teams
- Identify recurring issues and recommend solutions or process improvements
- Document support cases, solutions, and learnings for team knowledge sharing
- Demonstrate Salesforce navigation skills during interview with a live org
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven Salesforce Administrator experience with hands-on platform navigation
- Strong investigative and problem-solving mindset
- Excellent communication skills with experience supporting end users
- Practical knowledge of Flow creation and maintenance
- Data management skills including imports, uploads, and cleanup
- Experience running and analyzing reports/spreadsheets
- Salesforce org available for interview demonstration
Preferred Skills
- Experience with advanced Flow logic
- Exposure to large-scale data migration or complex data integrations
- Previous experience supporting a multi-department Salesforce environment
- Familiarity with Salesforce best practices in user adoption and training
