We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator to support the configuration and ongoing operation of HR ServiceLink built on Salesforce Service Cloud for a large public healthcare system. This role is focused on hands-on Salesforce configuration, workflow automation, and operational system support for HR service delivery and case management processes.


You will work closely with functional consultants and HR stakeholders to ensure Salesforce workflows remain accurate, reliable, and aligned with evolving HR processes. This role is ideal for a Salesforce administrator who enjoys building and maintaining operational workflows that support large-scale employee services.


Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain Salesforce Service Cloud case management workflows
  • Build and manage case types, subtypes, routing rules, and approval processes
  • Implement and maintain workflow rules, validation rules, and automation
  • Support Separation Action Forms (SAF) workflows and HR service request processes
  • Configure Salesforce functionality supporting HR programs such as:
