Entry-Level Billing Specialist
Choice Home Warranty is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Entry-Level Billing Specialist to join our growing team in Edison, NJ. What You'll Do
As a Billing Specialist, you'll support our billing department by ensuring customer accounts are accurate and up to date. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Create invoices and credit memos
  • Maintain and update customer billing records
  • Research and resolve billing discrepancies
  • Monitor account balances and identify outstanding issues
  • Answer customer billing questions professionally and courteously
  • Process customer payments and update account information
  • Issue monthly customer statements
  • Update customer master files and contact information
  • Track invoice exceptions and ensure billing accuracy
  • Assist with various administrative and billing-related projects
Qualifications
  • Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
