Salary: $100,000 - $115,000

Key Responsibilities for the Billing Manager:
• Oversee weekly billing cycles, remittances, and refund processing to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Manage billing discrepancies, adjustments, and exceptions through resolution
• Support month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations
• Lead and develop staff while ensuring consistent execution of billing operations
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and ensure adherence to internal controls
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Qualifications for the Billing Manager:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• 5+ years of accounting or billing experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
• Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, XLOOKUP, data analysis)
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and billing/AR processes
