AppFolio

Microsoft Suite – Excel, One Drive, Word, Acrobat, Outlook


Traits:

Organizational, Initiative, Proactive

Duties – (not limited to)

  • Maintain (audit) Property Insurance Policy due dates
  • Maintain (audit) Tenant insurance policies
  • Monitor Work Orders in AppFolio – close out, timing, billing uses
  • Create work orders when necessary
  • Familiar with Leasing/Renewal, People, Properties and Maintenance pages in AppFolio
  • Run monthly delinquencies
  • Process incoming tenant checks – check scanner, tenant receipt in AppFolio, create deposit in AppFolio
  • Handle billing status and issues
  • Maintain and follow up on New Property onboarding
  • Work with vendors – set up appointments, follow up, close out status
