About the Role

Are you passionate about helping customers and solving problems? We're seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join a dynamic Billing Services team. In this role, you'll assist customers with billing-related inquiries, provide solutions, and ensure every interaction delivers an exceptional customer experience.

No two days are the same. Every customer situation is unique, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to customers through inbound phone calls and email communications.
  • Handle billing-related inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
  • Research and resolve customer issues by navigating multiple systems and applications.
  • Take ownership of customer concerns from initial contact through resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and business partners to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow established processes and guidelines.
  • Adapt to changing business needs and support other teams as required.
  • Complete additional assignments and projects as assigned.
What to Expect
  • Average of 20-30 customer interactions per day via phone and email.
  • Each customer situation is different, providing variety and continuous learning opportunities.
  • Comprehensive training on company systems, processes, and products.
