The client is looking for an experienced Agentforce resource with strong Salesforce technical expertise in Apex, Triggers, LWC, Integrations, Flows, and related Salesforce development areas.

Salesforce Agentforce Developer / Lead

Required Skills

  • 8+ years of Salesforce experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Platform Development.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce implementation and customization.
  • Strong understanding of AI Agents, Prompt Builder, Agent Builder, Einstein AI, and Generative AI capabilities within Salesforce.
  • Experience building Agentforce actions using:
    • Apex
    • Flows
    • REST/SOAP APIs
    • External Integrations
  • Expertise in:
    • Apex
    • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
    • Aura
    • SOQL/SOSL
    • Salesforce Security Model
  • Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and AI-driven customer insights.
  • Strong integration experience using MuleSoft, Platform Events, Middleware, and external AI/LLM platforms.
  • Experience designing conversational workflows and AI-driven business processes.
