Job description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Technical Lead to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions. This role requires deep expertise in Salesforce platform development, architecture, integrations, and AI-driven capabilities within the Salesforce ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flow, integrations, and Salesforce AI technologies such as Einstein AI and Data Cloud. This individual will provide technical leadership, mentor development teams, and collaborate closely with architects, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and innovative Salesforce solutions.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
  • 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
  • Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Salesforce Flow, and declarative automation tools
  • Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering enterprise-level Salesforce implementations
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security models, and platform best practices
  • Experience implementing AI-driven Salesforce capabilities such as Einstein Analytics, Einstein Bots, predictive modeling, or generative AI solutions
  • Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, integrations, and middleware platforms
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required
  • Salesforce Platform Developer II and Application Architect certifications preferred
  • Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
