RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Tempe, AZ that is seeking an Endpoint Systems Engineer.
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Endpoint Systems Engineer with strong expertise in BMC Client Management (BCM, formerly Marimba) to support a critical issue within a BMC Helix environment. This is an urgent need for a hands-on engineer who can quickly assess, troubleshoot, and stabilize BCM functionality.
Responsibilities:
* Diagnose and resolve issues with BMC Client Management (BCM) not functioning properly within the Helix environment
* Perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable fixes
* Configure, maintain, and optimize endpoint management systems
* Collaborate with infrastructure, desktop, and application teams to ensure seamless integration
* Provide recommendations on system improvements, performance tuning, and best practices
* Document findings, resolutions, and future-state recommendations
REQUIREMENTS:
* Strong hands-on experience with BMC Client Management (BCM/Marimba)
* Experience working within or alongside BMC Helix environments
* Background in endpoint systems engineering, desktop engineering, or systems administration
* Proven troubleshooting skills in complex enterprise environments
* Experience with software deployment, patch management, and endpoint configuration
* Strong understanding of Windows environments and endpoint infrastructure
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with Helix integrations or migrations
* Familiarity with enterprise ITSM ecosystems
* Scripting experience (PowerShell or similar)
* Ability to work in high-pressure, urgent remediation scenarios
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
