Job description

The Client Services Specialist is responsible for providing day-to-day support to our clients and internal billing teams. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to grow within the healthcare billing industry while developing strong communication, organization, and client management skills. Youโ€™ll assist with client communication, issue tracking, and administrative support to help ensure our clients receive exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
  • managing communications
  • Document and track requests, follow-up and resolutions
  • New client onboarding
  • Assist in AR reports
  • Monitor client accounts/issues
  • Schedule/prepare for client meetings
  • Maintain accurate records and documentations
  • Assist with projects
Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years in professional administrative role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites, Google Workspace and general computer skills
  • Familiarity with medical billing, insurance terminology or healthcare environment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in using practice management systems, payer portals or CRM/project tracking tools
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business or related field
