You will lead the unified integration of order administration, technical revenue recognition, credit risk, and cash applications into a high-performing global ecosystem, directly accelerating free cash flow and engineering an automated, trackable revenue growth engine.

Key Exciting Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the long-term vision, strategic leadership, and scaling of Trimble's integrated global Order-to-Cash organization, championing automated contract-to-revenue pathways and AI-driven workflows.

  • Act as the ultimate enterprise authority on complex commercial transactions, establishing technical revenue recognition treatments (ASC 606 / IFRS 15) and leading operational revenue close precision.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Product leaders to optimize CPQ workflows, quoting infrastructure, and Deal Desk operations to accelerate commercial velocity.

  • Modernize global enterprise credit risk policies and collection strategies, leveraging behavioral data to minimize Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and past-due exposure.

  • Supervise high-volume centralized cash applications, optimizing ERP lockbox logic and remittance parsing to maximize auto-match rates across global legal entities.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • 15+ years of progressive commercial finance, revenue operations, and technical revenue compliance experience in a global leadership role.

  • Deep expertise in complex, high-growth monetization models, including SaaS, consumption/usage-based models, enterprise software, and hybrid subscription architectures.

  • Complete technical mastery of ASC 606 and IFRS 15 revenue recognition frameworks and audit compliance.

  • Strong background in enterprise core systems, CPQ tools, and order management platforms such as Salesforce, NetSuite, SAP S/4HANA, Workday, or Oracle Cloud ERP.

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.

Bonus Points For:

  • Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license or Master of Business Administration (MBA).

  • Proven track record of taking disjointed commercial operations and engineering them into fully automated, data-driven engines.
