Job description

WHAT THE ROLE DELIVERS 

The Order to Cash (O2C) Manager delivers end-to-end supply chain leadership across the Americas for our Resins business, ensuring reliable product flow, optimizing the network, and ensuring superior service to customers. You will play a pivotal role in transforming the business from an existing import-driven model to launching and overseeing a new toll manufacturing operation. By driving continuous improvement through distribution redesign and cost efficiency initiatives, you will enhance service levels and strengthen operational agility across the region. Ultimately, this position enables a more resilient, scalable, and future-ready supply chain network


 WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Lead full supply chain coordination across the Americas Resins business, managing inbound and outbound product flows.
  • Oversee supply continuity, ensuring service reliability and minimizing disruptions.
  • Manage relationships and operations with global production sites, including the US and Germany.
  • Take ownership of a new toll manufacturing operation launching in 2026, supporting the resins business unit.
  • Drive optimization of distribution costs through network analysis and execution of cost-saving initiatives.
  • Redesign and evolve the Americas distribution model to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Manage external warehouse operations (US and Mexico) and assess future expansion opportunities.
  • Partner cross-functionally with commercial, logistics, and operations teams to improve service levels and performance.

 
Salary range $96,000 - $144,000 per year.  The posted salary range reflects the national average for this role. Final compensation may vary based on location, experience, and qualifications.  This role is eligible for an annual performance bonus in addition to base salary.

WHAT WE ARE SEEKING  

Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong background in distribution network design, cost optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and supply chain analytics tools.
  • Skilled and comfortable working in a matrix organizational structure with both in-country and cross-border relationships
  • Ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
