Job description

Overview

We are seeking a Principal Program Manager with deep expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C)
and a strong foundation in QA Test Engineering to lead global, enterprise-scale programs
supporting a subscription-based connectivity platform.
This role owns the end-to-end customer and revenue lifecycle, including service activation,
billing, invoicing, payments, and subscription management, while ensuring high-quality
delivery through rigorous QA practices.
You will lead a portfolio of complex, multi-region programs, building capabilities from 0 โ†’ 1,
and establishing scalable systems, processes, and quality engineering frameworks that
ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance at scale
Required Skills & Experience
โ€ข 10+ years of Program, Product, or Engineering Management experience in enterprise
environments
โ€ข Strong background in QA Test Engineering, including:
o Test strategy, test planning, andย execution
o UAT leadership and validation frameworks
o Defect management and release quality governance
โ€ข Deep expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C), including:
o Subscription billing & invoicing
o Payments and revenue lifecycle
o Customer onboarding and service provisioning
โ€ข Proven experience building and scaling programs from 0 โ†’ 1
โ€ข Experience owning multi-program portfolios with complex dependencies
โ€ข Experience delivering global / multi-region programs
โ€ขย Strong understanding of:
o High-volume transactional systems
o Usage-based or subscription billing models
o Taxation (sales tax, VAT, GST) and compliance requirements
โ€ข Experience with test automation frameworks and QA tools
โ€ข Proficiency with Jira, Agile methodologies, and backlog management
โ€ข Strong stakeholder management across executive, business, and technical teams
โ€ข Proven ability to drive accountability, ownership, and measurable outcomes
Preferred Qualifications
โ€ข Experience with:
o Subscription billing platforms (Zuora, Chargebee, Recurly)
o Payment systems (Stripe, Adyen, Braintree)
o ERP systems (Oracle, SAP)
โ€ข Experience in connectivity, telecom, or infrastructure-based service environments
โ€ข Exposure to:
o Service provisioning and activation systems
o Usage-based billing and metering platforms
โ€ข Background in building or scaling QA automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress,
