Job Description:
The insightsoftware Finance team is looking for a Senior Director, Order to Cash. The Senior Director will continue strengthening processes and lead the team built over the past two years during which extensive transformation and structural changes have been implemented for the future of this growing SaaS software company toward a goal of $1B in Revenue. Your work will include driving strategy through collaboration with Acquisition Integration projects, alignment and processes for rationalization of legal entities, further developing best use practices together with Revenue Enablement team, and collaboration with Sales, Customer Success and Channel partner teams to identify goals and plans for excellence in the customer experience across the globe.
Responsibilities
  • Partner across business functions to identify gaps in back-office customer experience and develop/execute strategy to close the gaps across both own areas and activities managed by other functions
  • Work with technology partners to identify opportunities in tools and processes needed to improve delivering on time, accurate invoicing and improved time to cash
  • Lead team of global order processing, cash application and collections. Identify refinements to organization structure and processes to enable best in class customer experience
  • Resolve customer issues and conflicts and remove recurring obstacles to company success
  • Develop, track and communicate key performance indicators to measure success of order management and AR functions

This role requires a self-starter, highly organized leader, and outstanding communicator who is comfortable in both detailed transaction flows and in strategic thinking to realign organization and processes. We're looking for someone who enjoys inspiring change and innovation, understands how process & technology can be used to build better outcomes, and can work across multiple teams to drive alignment for the collective win.
Minimum qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in Order to Cash, Revenue Operations, or a similar field including oversight of Collections
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and change leadership skills
  • Ability to think strategically and deliver the right level of detail appropriate to the audience - to be forward thinking and 'create the future' of the work
  • Consistent track record of handling ambiguity in a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to build positive relationships with peers and senior leadership
  • Excellent communication, influencing skills and team member management, leading team in a remote first working environment supported by team based offshore for more transactional activities
  • Clear and effective written communication skills
  • Customer Experience / Customer first mindset
  • Have experience improving processes to drive better outcomes
  • Salesforce, and/or NetSuite experience highly valued
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably accounting or finance

The salary range in United States of America for this position is 160,000.00 to 201,000.00 USD Annual.
Your specific offer within this range will be determined by your skills, experience, and qualifications. For non-sales roles, you may be eligible for a bonus. For sales roles, this range includes a commission target.
