Mustang Cat is hiring a Product Support Inside Sales Representative to drive the sale of parts and service solutions for Caterpillar equipment in the Houston area. This role is centered around supporting customers with equipment inspections, repair recommendations, and timely parts coordination—ensuring their machines perform at peak levels.

What You’ll Do as an Inside Sales Representative – Product Support:

As a Product Support Sales Representative, you will be a trusted advisor to customers—evaluating their equipment needs, offering repair and service solutions, and promoting Mustang Cat’s value as a CAT-authorized dealer. Responsibilities include:

Requirements:

    • College degree in Business, Management, Technical, or related field
        (Equivalent work experience considered in lieu of a degree)
    • 3+ years of experience in heavy equipment parts and service sales
