AVERAGE DAY AS A SENIOR INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

This full‑time role follows a structured schedule:

  • 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Monday-Friday
  • optional weekend hours

In this role, you'll manage daily inside sales activity by making inbound and outbound calls, converting qualified leads into appointments, and maintaining a high standard of call performance. You'll review calls, reinforce scripts, coach team members during live activity, and ensure accurate CRM documentation. You'll help maintain appointment quality, support smooth transitions to the sales team, and uphold accountability around key performance metrics.
