What You'll Do
As a Senior Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in supporting customer accounts, managing order workflows, and ensuring seamless, accurate delivery of technology solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Preparing customer quotes, including pricing validation, delivery timelines, and terms.
  • Processing customer purchase orders with accuracy and speed.
  • Managing order status through backlog reports, open orders, customer portals, and internal systems.
  • Monitoring and following up on quotes, orders, and customer inquiries to ensure timely resolution.
  • Coordinating cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth order fulfillment and on-time delivery.
  • Acting as a primary liaison between customers, sales teams, and suppliers.
  • Supporting business development efforts and assisting with Requests for Quotes (RFQs).
  • Providing consistent, high-quality account management to both new and existing clients.

What You Bring
  • 5-7 years of inside sales experience, ideally in technology, IT solutions, manufacturing, distribution, or other customer-facing technical environments.
  • Experience selling technology solutions, networking hardware, AV solutions, managed services, cloud services, cybersecurity solutions, or other complex B2B products is highly preferred.
  • Proven negotiation and upselling skills, with the ability to build strong, long-term customer relationships
  • Confidence in preparing, presenting, and refining customer quotes.
  • Experience using ERP systems and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (spreadsheets, formulas, data tracking).
  • Excellent written communication skills, particularly via email.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
