We're partnering with a Raleigh-area client to identify a Temp-to-Hire Inside Sales Representative. What You'll Do as an Inside Sales Representative


Customer Support & Sales Support

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer calls and emails.
  • Prepare and provide quotes, pricing, product information, and lead times.
  • Accurately enter customer orders into CRM and ERP systems.
  • Communicate order status updates, shipping information, and changes to customers.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and recommend complementary products.
  • Maintain detailed customer records and interactions within the CRM.
  • Coordinate with internal sales team members to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
  • Send product samples, catalogs, and supporting materials as requested.


Custom Project Support

  • Assist the Project Sales team with custom and non-standard customer requests.
  • Help prepare custom quotes, RFQs, submittals, and project documentation.
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, and Customer Service teams to gather project details.
  • Track project timelines and ensure timely communication with customers.
  • Support seamless transitions from quote approval through production and delivery.


What We're Looking For

  • Associate degree or equivalent customer service or inside sales experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and organization.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
