Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented Entry-Level Inside Sales Administrator to support our growing sales team. This role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in sales, business development, or operations. You will play a key role in maintaining customer relationships, managing sales data, and ensuring smooth day-to-day sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the inside sales team

  • Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems (will train)

  • Assist with processing orders, quotes, and invoices

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
