What it's like to be a Inside Salesperson at Inside Salesperson

As the Inside Salesperson at Valley View Granite, you will be the primary contact for assigned accounts, including builders, contractors, and loyal repeat clients. Your role involves managing all communications, quotes, and project coordination while ensuring proactive follow-up for a seamless customer experience. By building strong relationships, you'll guide clients through product selection, design decisions, and project expectations. You will prepare accurate quotes and sales orders, ensuring all measurements, specifications, and pricing meet company standards. Tracking leads and opportunities in our systems is essential to maintain an organized sales pipeline.

You'll coordinate with our Customer Service, Template, Production, and Installation teams to ensure smooth project execution and confirm job site readiness.
