We are currently comprised of 15 retail stores, 4 commercial door facilities, and a truss manufacturing plant, all located in Pennsylvania.

Summary:
Attains sales and gross margin objectives for all product categories with contractor and DIY accounts by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Sells and services established contractor, DIY, and/or commercial accounts.
  • Seeks to create a "business partnership" relationship with accounts. Recommends product, productivity, and service efficiencies to cultivate account relationships.
  • Provides customers with bids or quotes and material estimates for various materials packages. Maintains limited pricing flexibility within the guidelines established by the Location Manager.
  • Improves sales volume and gross margins.
  • Sources and orders special order products for personal accounts.
  • Assists walk-in customers.
  • Prepares sales invoices
  • Performs duties of cashier for customers.
  • Coordinates the timely delivery of materials for orders placed by accounts.
  • Informs Location or Assistant Manager of material and service needs of customers as well as various competitive price levels in the marketplace
